All our sales are Final and can not be refunded or exchanged as we, at Mushk, customize our products to match your needs.
However, If you find a defect in the product shipped to you, notify us within 24 hours after delivery. In this case, we will repair the damage and if required, will make a new article same as per your order. For this, the item must be unworn with all the original tags.
If you have ordered a customised article, we will only accept alteration requests if it is not as per your given requirement. Any extra alteration can be done by paying required charges.
For articles replaced due to defects we will pay the shipping cost of sending them back to us and for re-shipping the replacement to you. In all other situations, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping charges.
